Luciano, a Fascist sympathizer, like the vast majority of Italians, is the owner of a restaurant, who nevertheless believes he can live his life according to rules he has set himself, in a sort of isolation from the outside world. Frequently Asked Questions

The answer is — anyone can join the Hanukkah Film Festival! You do not have to be an existing ChaiFlicks subscriber. You will simply be asked to input your email address and create a password when purchasing your ticket.

We know that 8 movies in 8 nights sounds like a lot. So we made the festival available for an entire month, starting on the first night of Hanukkah — That's December 14. In dry terms: The festival begins on December 14, and access will be available until January 14. You may start or finish watching at any point!

You will receive an email confirming your purchase, which will contain a link to the festival page. We will also send you a reminder to tune in on the first day of the Festival, which begins on the first candle — Sunday, December 14.

Once you buy your pass, you can stream the festival anywhere ChaiFlicks is available — online through our website or on our app, which is available on most popular smart TVs and streaming devices. If you are watching through the ChaiFlicks app, simply log in to the app with the same email address used to purchase the ticket. You will then have access to the Hanukkah Film Festival titles within the app. Geographically speaking, the Festival is available everywhere ChaiFlicks is available — the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

We’re all 100% human here at hello@chaiflicks.com — and happy to help with any issues, questions or concerns. We’re also happy to trade latke recipes.
